William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream is currently in rehearsal for planned presentation in June for "Shakespeare in the Pines", the annual fundraiser at Highlands Center for Natural History in Prescott, Arizona. The setting in the outdoor Kiwanis Amphitheater at the Highlands Center lends itself well to Midsummer and the June time frame is perfect! As Artistic Director from Laark Productions and the Director of Midsummer, Karla Burkitt has developed a comprehensive conceptual production design. All of the artists involved in the production are hard at work bringing this conceptual design to life.
